GENERAL RULES & TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)
To join the Jaguar Social Network and become a Member you MUST:
- be an Owner of a Jaguar XK 120/140/150, E-Type or Pre-1967 Saloon
- agree to share a picture of your Jaguar/s within a week of joining.
- agree to supply the Jaguar Chassis or VIN number of your vehicle as proof of ownership at SIGN UP. All numbers and info must be accurate and TRUTHFUL. All persons submitting bogus info will be suspended permanently.
- Agree and accept our TERMS of SERVICE
- All
material on this site is COPYRIGHT to their respective owners. You may not copy
or download photos/content to use on other
websites.
- ONCE YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS APPROVED:
- You will be able to see all the Tabs that are hidden to Visitors and access all the powerful features of the site. Note: Almost all the benefits and features for Security/Privacy of the Members are not visible or accessible to Visitors.
- YOU MUST UPLOAD A PICTURE OR TWO OF YOUR JAGUAR/S IN
YOUR PHOTO SECTION WITHIN A WEEK OF JOINING. IF AFTER A WEEK NO PICTURE, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE
SUSPENDED. A $20 PENALTY FEE WILL APPLY TO REINSTATE YOUR
MEMBERSHIP IF YOU WISH TO CONTINUE USING OUR SITE.
Please also add your name and car info (E-Type/XK/Saloon) in the COUNTRY section which you will find underneath the MEMBER Tab. - Members are limited to uploading a maximum of 100 pictures. Please avoid uploading duplicate or redundant pictures. Without notice we reserve the right to delete photos or any other content we find either redundant, irrelevant, disruptive or offensive.
- Forums must be Jaguar related. Please no off topics.
- There will be NO solicitation of any kind on this site.
- Any member caught spamming using our email system will be thrown out.
- Derogatory remarks made on site about JSN is not permitted. Any member doing so will be expelled.
- Please be polite and courteous to other JSN members at all times. Profanity or vulgar language is not tolerated on this site
