Chuck I can't add additional HTML code within the code that generates the banners. These banners are located just below the Signin. I've added yours as shown here. Anyone who clicks on it will be taken directly to your Photo Site. It may take quite a few minutes for yours to appear.
I would suggest you promote your Photo Site through the Main Blog. The Blog accepts almost any HTML code. The Blog and the whole JSN site are fully integrated into Facebook and Twitter. From the Blog Post you can keep Tweeting on a regular basis.
