And thanks for the links. I have a hard copy manual but the electronic version will be handy. I will take your advice and ask a few people to be friends as although my XK has been restored in the 90's it still needs work done to the suspension involving replacing bushes, etc amongst other things. I have a plan of attack from the book but if I strike any complications it will be good to ask someone with experience.

New to XK's
I have been advised that joining this network is the best way to seek help and advice in maintaining and finishing my new XK140. The car had a body off full restoration in the mid 90's and has since done about 29,500 miles. whilst it has been well maintained and had continual work on it it will still need quite a few small things done to it over the coming months, new dust boots to the steering ball joints, new choke cable, the timber work around the windows re veneered and fitted, etc.…

Jaglink up and running again
Hello everyone
