On Thanksgiving 2010 our way of saying thanks to all the Members, Friends and Fans of this Website.
This series on the restoration of a Jaguar E-Type Ser 1 videos with Mark Evans is by far the best on the web. It was originally aired on the TV Discovery Channel and was a great success. We have "stitched together" the whole series through 45 links to You Tube.
BBC have consistently produced some outstanding documentaries. Amongst their best in 1997 was a series called "The Car's the Star". Enjoy this double video feature from the series (Part1 and 2) on the E-Type…
Gooding & Co according to their online published prices (above link) claim to have sold LOT # 48 shown below A 1953 XK 120 Fixed Head Coupe for $187,000. Back in April I wrote about a E-type Roadster that sold for $150,000 on eBay which I thought was a good deal. Now a new dealer on eBay has upped the ante by going for between $110,000 and $125,000 for a fully restored Ser 1 FHC. Click on the photo to go to the eBay auction. I'm predicting a "NO SALE".… Continue

I think this E-Type is worth every penny of the $150,000 the buyer just paid. In fact I think the Buyer got himself a great deal. Goes to show you quality sells in good times and bad. Some great pics in the ad. Click on the link to go to the ended eBay auction…
Wow! Imagine discovering a brand new E-Type in bits and pieces like some sort of giant jig-saw puzzle. Read the amazing story of the last E-Type and how it was assembled by clicking on the link below the picture

Another gorgeous JCNA National winner for sale. This one is a 1966 RHD and the JCNA National 2009 winner. See my other post for a $165K 1967 LHD JCNA National Winner. I wonder if this is coincidence or a sign of the economy.
